Where do you deliver?

Delivery availability is confirmed for your full address and postcode at checkout.

How long does UK delivery take?

Our standard estimate is 10–12 working days in total, including up to 3 working days for processing and approximately 7 working days in transit. Check the delivery information for your order before paying. Working days exclude weekends and relevant public holidays.

Where are orders dispatched from?

We operate from Brazil and work with international fulfilment partners. Products may be dispatched from outside the UK, including China.

Which payment methods can I use?

The methods available for your order are shown at checkout. Charges are confirmed before payment.

Will a lamp work in my home?

Check the voltage, plug, fitting and dimensions of the selected option. An adapter does not convert voltage. Hardwired lights require professional installation.
