Our additional commercial warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship in lighting products purchased from Ta em Casa for one year from delivery, at no additional purchase price.

What we provide

For a covered defect, we arrange a repair or replacement without charge. If neither can be provided within a reasonable time, we refund the affected item's purchase price. Any statutory right to an earlier refund or another remedy takes priority. We pay reasonable necessary postage or collection costs for covered claims.

Making a claim

Email your order number or another reasonable proof of purchase and describe the fault. Photographs may help. We provide assessment and return instructions; original packaging is not an automatic condition of a claim. A claim notified during the warranty period remains valid for assessment after the period ends.

Limits of the additional cover

This commercial cover does not cover normal cosmetic wear or damage caused by misuse, impact, incompatible voltage or installation contrary to supplied instructions. An exclusion applies only to damage caused by that event. It does not remove remedies for an underlying defect, unsafe goods or a misleading description.

Your statutory rights

This warranty is additional to your statutory rights. It does not limit the expected legal durability of goods or end UK consumer remedies after one year. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for further information.
