These terms apply to consumer purchases from Ta em Casa at taemcasa.com, with information below tailored to UK delivery. Ta em Casa operates from Brazil. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform; Ta em Casa remains responsible for the customer order.
Review the selected materials, dimensions, finish, light source, electrical requirements and installation information before purchase. Products must match their description and meet applicable consumer requirements. Fixed electrical lighting should be installed by an appropriately qualified electrician. We do not claim UK plug compatibility, a particular safety certification or an outdoor or bathroom rating unless confirmed for the item.
Provide accurate contact and delivery details. You can review the order before payment. We acknowledge your order and communicate acceptance or any fulfilment problem. If we cannot fulfil an order, we provide the cancellation or refund required. We do not substitute a different product without your agreement.
Prices for the UK store are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). The checkout identifies the amount charged and the payment methods currently available. Cash on delivery is not offered. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own foreign-transaction charges. Delivery, taxes and import information are explained in our Shipping Policy; we do not introduce undisclosed charges after purchase.
Eligible UK orders receive free standard delivery. Estimated total delivery is 10–12 working days, including processing of up to 3 working days. We offer 30-day free eligible returns and an additional one-year limited product warranty. These commercial offers do not replace statutory cancellation, quality, delivery or refund rights. Future changes are dated and do not retrospectively reduce rights attached to an existing order. If part of these terms cannot lawfully apply, the remaining terms apply only to the extent permitted.
